Position Overview

You’ll be leading the charge making sure our clients are getting the services and information they need on time. You’ll accomplish this by scheduling and coordinating meetings and security services, taking meeting notes, documenting action items with Jira entries, and finding answers for ad hoc client requests and questions and requests.

  • Get on board to our team and learn about our customers and product offering
  • Attend client meetings as a note taker
  • Prepare status reports that we send to clients
  • Take over processes around coordinating security assessments, such as scheduling them and setting up Apptega instances for clients
  • Maintain client documentation, including policies, task trackers, and reports in shared drives

In your first 6 months, you will…

  • Increase your autonomy by answering client questions or sending over finalized client reports yourself
  • Help establish SOP’s for new processes and products
  • Run some client meetings
  • Migrate and maintain client data in our new tool
  • Learned to implement Apptega for clients and grow into an internal expert

In your first year, you will…

  • Create a setup and support playbook for Apptega
  • Support and administrate Apptega across clients
  • Increasingly take on more client-facing responsibility

You will thrive in this role if you are…

  • Customer-focused. Always looking for ways to deliver above and beyond
  • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, legal, information security, or technical field
  • Exposure to compliance work, such as GRC, SOC2, ISO27001, NIST, HIPAA, or GDPR
