Miguel is a business oriented Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional with over 10+yrs of experience building customized cyber security programs for organizations. He is passionate about helping clients build solutions to protect the business from cyber security threats.
His previous experience includes serving as the Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance for a publicly traded financial services company, Senior GRC Consultant at PwC servicing publicly traded companies (2 yrs. as interim CISO at client) and Enterprise Cyber Security Strategist at Microsoft.
Senior Cloud Architect
Eric Fiterman is an experienced security architect, incident responder, and former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Eric has helped organizations respond to critical security incidents and uses this experience to help clients design practical, preventative security solutions.
Eric currently helps clients design secure cloud solutions and specializes in architecting analytical security frameworks. Eric has designed and delivered cyber security solutions for In-Q-Tel, the venture capital arm of the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Fortune 100, and small and medium-sized businesses.
DIrector of Operations
Kevin Keating is an operations executive who has deep experience managing people and projects in complex environments. Kevin currently runs Operations for Cyber Defense Group.
Prior to CDG, Kevin worked with a major DoD contractor, supervising projects for the Marine Corps Logistics Command and coordinating requirements to support executive projects and operations. Kevin retired as a Major from the United States Marine Corps, where he held executive command positions across multiple units and coordinated military forces across multiple geographies. Kevin was deployed multiple times and has been decorated with numerous awards including the Bronze Star.
John Tooley has a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by companies seeking to effectively manage Information Security risks and technology through industry accepted methodologies, frameworks and experience. .
John combines both a strong technical background with a deep understanding of the risks and threats posed to today’s legacy and start-up organizations, as well as the methodologies needed to secure evolving areas like cloud, DevOps and IoT.
